Lee is the owner and oversees the management and sales operations of Lud Stoor Agency Inc. He is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and has an Associate in Underwriting (AU). He is a 1993 graduate of Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Lee started his career as an underwriter for Auto-Owners Insurance Company and was promoted to Marketing Representative. He then worked for Zurich Insurance Company and returned to his hometown of Crystal Falls to join the Lud Stoor Agency Inc in 2000. In 2007 Lee purchased majority ownership in Lud Stoor Agency Inc. He holds a Michigan and Wisconsin agent licensed in both property and casualty and life and health and can service clients in all lines of insurance.

Sharon is our commercial customer service representative and assists with the agency accounting. She has an Associates Degree from Ferris State University in social work and has been working in insurance since 1998. Sharon is a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and holds a Michigan agent license in property and casualty. Sharon is responsible for assisting our commercial customers with audits, certificates of insurance, policy changes, and any other questions that may come up.

Sandi is the claims coordinator and has been with Lud Stoor Agency Inc since 1990. Sandi has an Associates Degree in Business from Northern Michigan University and is a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR). She holds a Michigan agent license in property and casualty and is also the agency accounting manager. Her knowledge of policies and coverages will assure that your claim is handled promptly and efficiently.

Lauri is our receptionist and a customer service representative. She has been with the Lud Stoor Agency Inc since 1992 and can help customers with policy changes and billing questions. She is the first person that will greet and welcome you when you come into our office.

Jennifer sells and services personal lines insurance. Jen is a 2001 graduate of Grand Valley State University with a degree in Business Administration and Finance. She came to work at Lud Stoor Agency Inc right out of college and became a licensed Property/Casualty agent as well as Life/Health for Michigan. She has also earned her Certified Insurance Counselor designation. Jen sells all personal lines products including auto, home, recreational vehicles, personal umbrellas and life insurance.
