Lee A. Siler, CIC, AU
President

    Lee is the owner and oversees management and sales operations of the agency. He is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and has an Associate in Underwriting (AU) and has over 15 years of insurance experience. He is a 1993 graduate of Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Lee started his career as an underwriter for Auto Owners Insurance Company, and was promoted to Marketing Representative. He then worked for Zurich Insurance Company, and returned to his hometown of Crystal Falls to join the Lud Stoor Agency in 2000. In 2007 Lee purchased majority ownership in Lud Stoor Agency. He holds a Michigan and Wisconsin agent license in both property and casualty and life and health, and can service clients in all lines of insurance.

Stephanie A. Stoor-Nocerini, CIC, CISR

    Stephanie is a minority owner and the office manager. She is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and a Certified Customer Service Representative (CISR). She attended Western Michigan University, and returned home in 1995 as the 3^rd generation to work in the family business. Stephanie holds a Michigan and Wisconsin agent license in both property and casualty and life and health, and can service clients in all lines of insurance.

Sandra J. McGregor, CISR / Agent

    Sandi is the claims coordinator and has been with Lud Stoor Agency for over 20 years. Sandi has an Associates Degree in Business from Northern Michigan University and is a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR). She holds a Michigan agent license in property and casualty and is also the agency accounting manager. Her knowledge of policies and coverages will assure that your claim is handled promptly and efficiently.

Jacquelyn R. Johnson, CISR / Agent

    Jackie is a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and works in the personal lines department. Jackie is originally from Kenosha, WI, where she worked for an independent insurance agency for 6 years. In 1999 she joined the Lud Stoor Agency and became a licensed Michigan and Wisconsin property and casualty agent. Jackie can help you with your automobile, homeowners and personal umbrella insurance needs.

Jennifer L. Williams, CISR / Agent

    Jen is a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and works in the personal lines department. Jen is a 2001 graduate of Grand Valley State University with a degree in Business Administration and Finance. She came to work at Lud Stoor Agency right out of college, and became a licensed property and casualty agent for Michigan. Jen sells all personal lines products including auto, home, recreational vehicles and personal umbrellas.

Sharon M. Lato, CISR / Agent

    Sharon is our commercial customer service representative and assists with the agency accounting. She has an Associates Degree from Ferris State University in social work and has been working in insurance for 10 years. Sharon is a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and holds a Michigan agent license in property and casualty. Sharon is responsible for assisting our commercial customers with audits, certificates of insurance, policy changes, and any other questions that may come up.

Lauri M. Oberlin

    Lauri specializes in personal lines customer service and is responsible for the daily agency accounting. She has over 15 years of experience at the Lud Stoor Agency and can help customers with policy changes and billing questions. She is the first person that will greet and welcome you when you come into our office.
